1. मूलाधार चक्र – गुदा और लिंग के बीच चार पंखुरियों वाला ‘आधार चक्र’ है । आधार चक्र का ही एक दूसरा नाम मूलाधार चक्र भी है। इसके बिगड़ने से वीरता,धन ,समृधि ,आत्मबल ,शारीरिक बल ,रोजगार ,कर्मशीलता,घाटा,असफलता रक्त एवं हड्डी के रोग ,कमर व पीठ में दर्द ,आत्महत्या के बिचार ,डिप्रेशन ,केंसर अदि होता है।
2. स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र – इसके बाद स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र लिंग मूल में है । उसकी छ: पंखुरियाँ हैं । इसके बिगड़ने पर क्रूरता,गर्व, आलस्य, प्रमाद, अवज्ञा, नपुंसकता ,बाँझपन ,मंद्बुधिता ,मूत्राशय और गर्भाशय के रोग ,अध्यात्मिक सिद्धी में बाधा बैभव के आनंद में कमी अदि होता है।
3.मणिपूर चक्र – नाभि में दस दल वाला मणिचूर चक्र है । इसके इसके बिगड़ने पर तृष्णा, ईष्र्या, चुगली, लज्जा, भय, घृणा, मोह, अधूरी सफलता ,गुस्सा ,चिंचिरापन, नशाखोरी,तनाव ,शंकलुप्रबिती,कई तरह की बिमारिया ,दवावो का काम न करना ,अज्ञात भय ,चहरे का तेज गायब ,धोखाधड़ी,डिप्रेशन,उग्रता ,हिंशा,दुश्मनी ,अपयश ,अपमान ,आलोचना ,बदले की भावना ,एसिडिटी ,ब्लडप्रेशर,शुगर,थाईरायेड,सिरएवं शारीर के दर्द,किडनी ,लीवर ,केलोस्ट्राल,खून का रोग आदि इसके बिगड़ने का मतलब जिंदगी का बिगड़ जाना ।
4. अनाहत चक्र – हृदय स्थान में अनाहत चक्र है । यह बारह पंखरियों वाला है । इसके बिगड़ने पर लिप्सा, कपट, तोड़ -फोड़, कुतर्क, चिन्ता,नफरत ,प्रेम में असफलता ,प्यार में धोखा ,अकेलापन ,अपमान, मोह, दम्भ, अपनेपन में कमी ,मन में उदासी , जीवन में बिरानगी ,सबकुछ होते हुए भी बेचनी,छाती में दर्द ,साँस लेने में दिक्कत ,सुख का अभाव,ह्रदय व फेफड़े के रोग,केलोस्ट्राल में बढ़ोतरी अदि ।
5.विशुद्धख्य चक्र – कण्ठ में विशुद्धख्य चक्र यह सरस्वती का स्थान है । यह सोलह पंखुरियों वाला है। यहाँ सोलह कलाएँ सोलह विभूतियाँ विद्यमान है, इसके बिगड़ने पर वाणी दोष ,अभिब्यक्ति में कमी ,गले ,नाक,कान,दात, थाई रायेड,आत्मजागरण में बाधा आती है।
6.आज्ञाचक्र – भू्रमध्य में आज्ञा चक्र है, यहाँ ‘?’ उद्गीय, हूँ, फट, विषद, स्वधा स्वहा, सप्त स्वर आदि का निवास है । इसके बिगड़ने पर एकाग्रता ,जीने की चाह,निर्णय की सक्ति, मानसिक सक्ति,सफलता की राह आदि इसके बिगड़ने मतलब सबकुछ बिगड़ जाने का खतरा ।
7.सहस्रार चक्र – सहस्रार की स्थिति मस्तिष्क के मध्य भाग में है । शरीर संरचना में इस स्थान पर अनेक महत्वपूर्ण ग्रंथियों से सम्बन्ध रैटिकुलर एक्टिवेटिंग सिस्टम का अस्तित्व है । वहाँ से जैवीय विद्युत का स्वयंभू प्रवाह उभरता है ।इसके बिगड़ने पर मानसिक बीमारी, अध्यात्मिकता का आभाव ,भाग्य का साथ न देना अदि ।
